Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase(s), please contact us by email (click here to email regarding a return) within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the product and confirm the return.

Please note that we only accept returns if the goods are returned to us in satisfactory condition; we reserve the right to reject any misused items.

If you are returning items due to error on our part we will arrange and cover the costs of returning the item(s) to us. A full refund will be applied to your PayPal account for the price of the item(s) returned.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning unwanted items to us unless we (a) delivered the item to you in error or, (b) the item is faulty.
